EXCLUSIVE: Rep. Abe Hamadeh Discusses Arizona’s Rigged Elections and Bribery Scandal in 2020 Electors Prosecutions After Firing Off Letter to DOJ Demanding Investigation into Democrat Attorneys General (VIDEO)

Rep. Abe Hamadeh (R-AZ)

Freshman Representative Abe Hamadeh (R-AZ) sent a letter to US Attorney General Pam Bondi last week, calling for a formal investigation into allegations that Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes and other Democratic Attorneys General were paid off to bring charges against 2020 Trump electors in multiple states.

It can be recalled that Kris Mayes stole the 2022 election for Attorney General from Hamadeh by just 280 votes after statewide errors left thousands of Republican votes uncounted, and 60% of voting machines across Maricopa County failed for election day voters.

Kari Lake’s election for governor was also stolen by then-Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who oversaw the election day failures.

Hamadeh’s letter comes after Christina Bobb, a former Trump attorney, journalist, author, and defendant in multiple electors cases, filed a bombshell whistleblower memorandum alleging organized bribery in Arizona and possibly other states through the Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) and the left-wing nonprofit States United Democracy Center.

BOMBSHELL: Christina Bobb Exposes Names of Democrat Dirtbags Behind Alleged $200K Payments For Prosecution of GOP Electors

As The Gateway Pundit reported in November 2024, Mayes’s indictment was designed by States United Democracy Center, led by former Obama White House ethics counsel Norm Eisen, which sent a memo building the entire case for Mayes, even outlining “potential criminal charges” and “potential defenses,” as well as a deadline for Mayes to arrange the indictments under the statute of limitations. Mayes later indicted the defendants on three out of six charges recommended by the nonprofit group.

As revealed by Bobb’s memo, the Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) paid $200,000 to Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes in exchange for giving this prosecutorial influence to States United Democracy Center.

Bobb filed the whistleblower memo with the Department of Justice in June, but there has seemingly been no movement from federal prosecutors. She told The Gateway Pundit recently that the filing is “pretty radioactive” and expressed uncertainty that the Department of Justice “wants to take this up.”

Hamadeh wrote to Attorney General Bondi last Thursday, “I write to request a Department of Justice investigation into an apparent bribery and prosecutorial misconduct scheme involving the Democrat Attorneys General Association (DAGA), States United Democracy Center (SUDC), and multiple state attorneys general offices.”

“As a Representative from Arizona’s Eighth Congressional District, where many of my constituents have been directly harmed by these alleged abuses, I have a responsibility to ensure federal law enforcement is addressing this matter with appropriate urgency.”

The letter further describes the attorney-client relationship between Kris Mayes’s office and States United Democracy Center, “granting a politically aligned nonprofit organization control over a criminal prosecution,” as “unprecedented” and a  violation of “fundamental principles of prosecutorial independence and due process.”

“My constituents, including veterans and seniors who make up a significant portion of AZ-08, deserve confidence their taxpayer dollars ensure law enforcement decisions affecting their rights are made impartially, and are not going to partisan Democrat-affiliated organizations,” it continues.

Hamadeh requests answers to the following questions within 30 days of his letter:

1. What is the status, if any, of the Department of Justice’s investigation into the arrangements such as those between DAGA, SUDC, and state attorneys general offices, including but not limited to Arizona?

2. Has the Department identified similar financial arrangements between DAGA and other state attorneys general involving pending or recently filed criminal prosecutions?

3. What steps is the Department taking to ensure that defendants in cases where SUDC has involvement receive due process protections, including full disclosure of financial arrangements that may create prosecutorial conflicts of interest?

4. Has the Department obtained and reviewed tax filings, banking records, and communications between DAGA, SUDC, the Progressive State Leadership Committee, and state attorneys general offices to trace the flow of funds and coordination?

5. What is the expected timeline for completing this investigation and making any findings public?

On Tuesday, Hamadeh discussed his letter, which he says the DOJ has received, in an exclusive interview with The Gateway Pundit. He called for the Department of Justice to act on his request, as well as previous requests he has submitted for investigations into Maricopa County and Runbeck Election Services, the private company that prints and handles voted mail-in ballots in Maricopa.

“I have made my position very clear to the top officials at the White House that I’m going to keep pursuing this,” Hamadeh said. “Now, we have to see action.”

Hamadeh: I requested a criminal investigation regarding the matter because what we know, as you described, is that Kris Mayes in her position as Attorney General, ceded authority, a lot of the prosecutorial authority, to these outside entities like States United democracy center, like the Democratic Attorney General’s Association, which have the same address as States United democracy center, and she was given payments of $200,000 into into her legal defense fund fighting my election lawsuit, Jordan. As you know, that dragged on for years, and she got these— the payments happened after she brought forth the indictments of the alternate electors. So, if you combine all of this, the totality of the circumstances, it all leads to— we need to have a thorough investigation because the bribery, the corruption, that we’re seeing in Arizona needs to— somebody needs to be held accountable.

So, I requested Pam Bondi, Attorney General, Pam Bondi, to open up an investigation to Kris Mayes, because these poor alternate electors— you know, Kris Mayes still has a few more days to see whether she’s going to file her appeal into the Supreme Court because she kept getting swatted down because we knew her legal theories were bogus. And so, there has to be some people need to be held accountable. If you look at what happened in Georgia and New York with these DAs and these AGs, there was a lot of pressure coming in from the Biden White House at the time, coming in from the Democrat leftist organizations to go after what they perceived as their political opponents or political enemies. And what’s so funny, Jordan is, you know, you were on the campaign trail with with us, covering those races. At the time, the corrupt media would always say, “Oh, don’t we have to move on from 2020?”

Well, it looks like the Democrats are the ones who are not moving on from 2020. They’re the ones going after these grandmothers and patriotic Americans who wanted their votes to be counted and to, you know, question the validity of the 2020 election. So, what they did to them, by terrorizing them, by putting them through these bogus indictments, it was a true travesty. So, I’m seeking justice from the Trump administration, from the Department of Justice, and I hope— and we’re going to keep following up with them. I know that they are in receipt of my letter to them to request this criminal investigation into Kris Mayes and the Democratic Attorneys General Association because we have to uncover the tentacles of the deep state’s leftist operations that were targeting Republicans. And I hope there becomes, you know, a time where we can actually tell the American people that the law is restored because right now they see it as so rotten to the core, and not just with the rogue DAs and rogue AGs, but also some of these judges as well. So this would be a good start to bring back confidence to the legal system.

Conradson: You, too, are a victim of this case, this witch hunt, because the fact that she received $200,000 to put to her legal defense fund to cover up the fraud in the election that she stole from you. I mean, talk talk more about that.

Hamadeh: That’s right. So it seems like the payments were done to encourage her to go after the alternate electors from 2020 but the payments were done, were given to her legal defense fund challenging the results of the 2022 race that I was challenging because we know that there was 9000 uncounted ballots that they never counted, and a majority, 70% of them were Republican, as you mentioned. It was decided by 280 votes. And you know, the legal case took two years until ultimately, they decided to— the court to order the ballots to be burned and destroyed. All the evidence is gone now, you know, conveniently, the day after I won my race for Congress, Jordan. So, we know what the corruption is. And in Arizona, it’s not just Kris Mayes that seems to be having some corruption issues. It looks like Katie Hobbs, who is also the the governor there, she looks like she’s being possibly probed by the by the state legislature for some corruption as well.

So, you know, the Department of Justice, we need to, we need to utilize the tools that we have, because so many of these states, they know that they’ve been captured. And this is where the Department of Justice, they have US attorneys, they have a Public Corruption Unit. They every single tool to go after these George Soros prosecutors, these left wing prosecutors who have terrorized the American people for so long. And you know you’re exactly right when you mentioned that the 60% of the machines going down in 2022. There’s no justice for that either. Maricopa County has continuously not been held accountable for running shoddy elections. So, I hope that my my letter and what Christina Bobb uncovered, leads to some indictments and leads to an investigation and ultimately a conviction because the American people in Arizona deserves justice.

Conradson: A few months ago, you told me to stay tuned and that you were in talks with FBI Director Kash Patel about looking into what happened in Arizona. Obviously, this is a big deal with the upcoming 2026 election if Republicans want to keep the House and the Senate and actually be able to implement President Trump’s America First agenda. Do you have any update on what the FBI or DOJ is looking into regarding the last two elections, not just in Arizona, but nationwide.

Hamadeh: I will tell you, Jordan that the conversations I’ve had recently has given me some more optimism, but I’m not going to let up because, you know, the first time I requested an investigation into Maricopa County and Runbeck, that was back in June. And there hasn’t been much movement in that regard as well, but I have made my position very clear to the top officials at the White House that I’m going to keep pursuing this, and the reception this time around, it’s getting spread in a favorable light. So, it’s just a challenge, Jordan, as you know, unless you’re a victim of election fraud, unless you’re a victim of having these elections stolen, it’s hard to really comprehend how rotten the system truly is.

And having gone what I had to go through in 2022, and all of Arizona, it’s really emboldened me, when I’m in Congress, to use the mantle I’ve been given as a Representative for the people to pursue justice for them. So, I am more optimistic now than I was a few months ago. But the conversations I’m having, it seems like they’re moving, and the the confirmation of the letters are going to the highest levels of the Department of Justice. So now, we have to see action. So, I will continue to update you as I hear more back from them.
