President Trump Declares Democrat Lawmakers’ Call for Military Disobedience is ‘SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, Punishable by DEATH!’

President Donald Trump has declared that certain Democrat lawmakers have engaged in “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!” in response to a video in which multiple congressional Democrats openly instructed U.S. military and intelligence personnel to refuse to carry out orders from their Commander-in-Chief.

Trump wrote in a post to Truth Social on Thursday, “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!”

The post is one of several furious messages the President issued Thursday morning after a video surfaced featuring six House and Senate Democrats encouraging mutiny.

In the clip, the lawmakers told service members and intelligence officials they have a “duty” to disobey “illegal” orders from President Trump.

Democrats in Congress are openly advocating mutiny by the U.S. Armed Forces

They care nothing about the general welfare of the nation

It’s all about “get Trump” with these imbeciles

The lawmakers in the video are Sens. Elissa Slotkin and Mark Kelly, and Reps. Jason Crow, Maggie Goodlander, Chris Deluzio, and Chrissy Houlahan — all of whom are Democrats.

The unhinged politicians claimed the “threats to our Constitution” are coming “from right here at home.”

“You must refuse illegal orders,” Rep. Deluzio, a Navy veteran, declares in the video.

Several of the lawmakers in the video also recite the line, “You can refuse illegal orders. You must refuse illegal orders.”

Trump’s post about the death penalty followed another post in which he responded to a report from the Washington Examiner about the video and wrote, “This is really bad, and Dangerous to our Country. Their words cannot be allowed to stand. SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR FROM TRAITORS!!! LOCK THEM UP??? President DJT”

Legal experts note that 18 U.S.C. § 2384 defines seditious conspiracy as two or more persons conspiring to oppose by force the authority of the United States or to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law.

The maximum penalty under current federal law is 20 years’ imprisonment.

However, President Trump’s reference to “punishable by DEATH” likely refers to historical penalties for sedition and treason during wartime or extreme national security circumstances.

It is unclear if any of the lawmakers will be charged.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has not yet commented on Trump’s statements.
