Happy Halloween!
The Justice Department on Friday said that MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia may be deported to Liberia as soon as October 31.
The West African country has already agreed to take Abrego Garcia, the government said in a court filing on Friday.
“Federal Defendants hereby provide notice that they have identified a new country for removal that has agreed to accept Petitioner: the Republic of Liberia. Although Petitioner has identified more than twenty countries that he purports to fear would persecute or torture him if he were removed there, Liberia is not on that list,” the government said according to the court filing in a federal court in Maryland reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.
“Liberia is a thriving democracy and one of the United States’s closest partners on the African continent. Since its founding more than two centuries ago by American émigrés, Liberia has maintained strong connections to the United States,” the government said.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s attorney Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg lashed out at the Trump DOJ in a statement to CBS News.
“Their actions are punitive, cruel and unconstitutional,” Sandoval-Moshenberg said. “Unless Liberia guarantees that it will not re-deport Mr. Abrego Garcia to El Salvador, then sending him to Liberia is no less unlawful than sending him directly to El Salvador a second time.”
Kilmar Abrego Garcia was recently ordered to be deported to the East African country of Uganda after a judge released him from a Tennessee prison over the summer.
Abrego Garcia immediately put up a legal fight to stop his deportation claiming fear of persecution and torture in Uganda.
“I fear persecution in Uganda on account of my race, nationality, political opinion, and membership in a particular social group. I also fear torture by or at the acquiescence of a public official in that country,” Abrego Garcia said over the summer.
The DHS then informed Abrego Garcia he may be sent to Eswatini after he balked about being deported to Uganda.
He doesn’t belong here.
He won’t be staying here.
America is a safer nation without this MS-13 Gangbanger in it.

Abrego Garcia was an illegal alien residing in Maryland when he was deported to his home country of El Salvador earlier this year and placed in the notorious CECOT prison, however, radical left-wing judges ordered him to be returned to the US.
The wife-beater and gang member was previously ordered deported by an immigration judge, but he was not to be sent to his home country of El Salvador. So the Trump Administration decided to send him to Africa.
