Christiane Amanpour Apologizes for Saying Jewish Hostages Were Treated Better as Prisoners than Gazans

Fake news CNN veteran journalist Christiane Amanpour once again proved why the fake news network is nothing more than a mouthpiece for radical Islamist terrorists.

The long-time CNN anchor made the shocking claim during a Monday broadcast, where she implied that hostages, many of whom were starved, tortured, and sexually abused, somehow received “better” treatment simply because Hamas saw them as “valuable leverage.”

“I pretty much can assure you that one, that once those doors are opened, it will be a scene of absolute, abject horror,” Amanpour said.

“And I think for sure, people who start to talk to the hostages who have only just been released, will find that it will take a long, long time for them to recover physically, but also mentally.”

“It’s been a terrible, terrible two years for them, because not only are they there — you know, they’re probably being treated better than the average Gazan, because they are the pawns and the chips that Hamas had,” she added.

CNN’s Christine Amanpour: “The Israeli hostages have probably been treated better than the average Gazan because they are the pawns & chips that Hamas had.”

An uproar followed these outlandish remarks by Amanour. Dozens of Jewish hostages were brutalized and murdered by the Hamas terrorists while in captivity.

Jewish mother Shiri Bibas and her children will not be coming home.
They were murdered by Hamas since they were taken hostage in 2007.

Israel is saying they will receive the bodies of the Bibas family tomorrow.

Hamas murdered them.

Hamas kidnapped a mother and her babies from their home and murdered them then kept their bodies hostage for over a year.

Amanpour later made a correction on CNN following her disgusting claims.

But will it be enough?

Earlier live on air, I spoke about what a day of real joy this is, for Israeli families whose loved ones are finally being returned from two years of horrific Hamas captivity, and for civilians in Gaza, who have finally had a reprieve from two years of brutal, deadly war.

For the record, the bodies of Shiri Bibas and her two children will be returned to Israel today.
