Despite some wanting to move on or forgive and forget about past election mischievousness, the energy is only growing on this topic.
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed a “Statement of Interest” in a Wyoming legal case that will have national repercussions.
A “Statement of Interest” is an “amicus filings that are filed in federal and state trial courts across the country. Filing such briefs has become a key litigation strategy for federal civil rights enforcement.”
The DOJ filed the Statement of Interest in the lawsuit Equality State Policy Center v. Chuck Gray, defending Wyoming’s legitimate interest securing its voting process from fraud by requiring documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote.
A DOJ Press Release said, “Wyoming’s documentary proof of citizenship law is a mechanism to enforce laws that prohibit non-citizen voting and ensure that only eligible voters cast ballots.”
“It is a crime for non-citizens to vote in federal elections, and it is important that the American people have confidence in the integrity of our elections.” said Deputy Assistant Attorney General Michael Gates of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division.
“Requiring documentary proof of citizenship is common sense and ensures that only citizens vote.” The “Equality State Policy Center” is challenging the Wyoming Secretary of State, Chuck Gray, in his enforcement of State Law that requires proof of citizenship to vote.
The circle is closing on former CIA Director John Brennan (and Comey) for their past roles in election manipulation
Wyoming’s case is just one battleground. A recent Fox News Opinion Piece by Bryan Dean Wright was entitled, “John Brennan was my boss at the CIA. He belongs in prison”. In the piece Bryan makes five assertions about the infamous, January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA). Bryan’s assertions are:
1) Brennan lied about his use of the discredited Steele dossier
2) Brennan manipulated who would write the ICA
3) Brennan interfered in the ICA’s drafting
4) Brennan rushed the completion of the ICA
5) Brennan (and Comey) spread the ICA far and wide to leak it
All of these assertions are true. I personally participated in the ICA and the review of the ICA for official Secretary of Defense approval by the now deceased, Ash Carter. When the ICA came back for final Department of Defense Review before the ICA went to the White House in January 2017, I was told to cease staffing since Ash Carter had already given his approval.
The reason Ash Carter hastily approved the ICA was because, “Comey and Brennan are personally, hands on keyboard, writing this ICA”.
The purpose of the quick turn ICA after the November 2016 election was to delay or stop the inauguration of Donald J. Trump on January 20, 2017, per what I was giddily told by an Undersecretary of Defense for Policy staffer who urged me to join the ICA shortly after Trump victory on November 8, 2016. Trump’s 2016 victory shell shocked the Deep Staters across the U.S. Government.
The ICA was the backup insurance policy to stop Trump after the initial Russia, Russia, Russia Campaign run by disgraced and incarcerated FBI Director of Counter-Intelligence Charles McGonigal in early 2016. McGonigal was paid by Russians to say there was a Trump-Russia connection.
A-WEB in South Korea receiving scrutiny for role in worldwide election maladministration
In South Korea the obscure, Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) group has operated with little attention until recently. However, the light is now shining on A-Web into one of the key international non-governmental organizations in the worldwide election cartel. A source in South Korea shared this to reveal more on A-Web

Here are the key facts:
A-WEB is headquartered and operated by Korea’s National Election Commission (NEC).
It is directly funded and partnered with USAID, as shown in their official conference materials.
This group exports Korean election automation systems to vulnerable democracies worldwide — including Central Asia, South America, and parts of Africa.
In 2015, the NEC openly published an article titled: “We are A-WEB.”
These systems are introduced under the label of “transparency” — but in reality, they serve as tools for election manipulation, shielding authoritarian regimes from accountability.
In 2025, South Korea held a presidential election widely believed by citizens to be fraudulent:
The former president Yoon Suk-yeol declared martial law in response to foreign cyber interference and internal manipulation — and was then impeached and arrested.
The Korean people are now protesting daily, calling for a return to truth and sovereignty.
Mainstream media in Korea refuses to report this.
When Korean diaspora attempted to report this via overseas Korean press (e.g. JoongAng Ilbo USA), their articles were pulled after legal threats from the Seoul headquarters.”
Election Fraud Deniers sweating over DOJ’s investigation into Colorado
The totalitarian state of Colorado, which has imprisoned Tina Peters, is now under investigation. According to National Public Radio (NPR) “The U.S. Department of Justice is demanding an unprecedented amount of election data from at least one state, according to documents obtained by NPR, as the DOJ transformed by the Trump administration reviews cases targeting the president’s political allies and caters to his desire to exert more power over state voting processes.”
NPR continued, “On May 12, the Justice Department asked Colorado’s secretary of state to turn over “all records” relating to 2024 federal elections, as well as preserve any records that remain from the 2020 election — a sprawling request several voting experts and officials told NPR was highly unusual and concerning, given President Trump’s false claims about elections.”
There you go, NPR cannot give up on the subjective term “false”. The self-appointed fact checkers do not like to be fact checked. Persistence and a steel resolve are beginning to pay off against the Election Fraud deniers.
