A 30-year-old Vancouver man drove his vehicle through the Lapu Lapu Filipino festival on Saturday killing nine people. The attack took place in the evening. Multiple people were injured.

Vancouver police are ruling out a terrorist attack.

Police were filmed surrounding the killer after his mass-killing spree.

A crowd quickly formed around the young man screaming obscenities at the animal.
