Ivanka Trump has captivated the internet with a video she posted to Instagram showing off her Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills.
The 43-year-old beauty made the video with the Valente Brothers’ studio in Miami.
Wearing a blue belt, the First Daughter does chokeholds, armbars, knife disarms and throws with her instructors Joaquim, Pedro, and Gui Valente.
The footage begins with Trump bowing to her instructors before launching into action.
She flips an instructor onto the mat, secures a chokehold, and disarms a simulated knife attack.
The Valente Brothers captioned their post: “Jiu-Jitsu is more than a martial art. Rooted in ancient tradition and refined over generations, it offers a path to physical confidence, mental clarity, and emotional balance.”

For her post, Ivanka Trump added a simple Jiu-Jitsu emoji as the caption.
Trump began learning martial arts with her daughter Arabella, who became interested in the sport when she was 11 years old. Her husband Jared and sons Joseph and Theodore soon also became interested.
Gisele Bündchen recently welcomed a child with Joaquim Valente.
