Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has come to Elon Musk’s defense after the Tesla CEO was accused of making a racist gesture during President Donald Trump’s inaugural rally in Washington, D.C., as reported by TGP.
In a post on ‘X’ this Thursday, 23, Netanyahu stated that Musk is being falsely smeared and expressed his gratitude to the entrepreneur for his unwavering support of Israel.
Netanyahu declared:
“Elon Musk is being falsely smeared. Elon is a great friend of Israel. He visited Israel after the October 7 massacre in which Hamas terrorists committed the worst atrocity against the Jewish people since the Holocaust.”
The Israeli Prime Minister praised Musk’s firm stance in defending Israel and condemning attacks by Hamas.
Netanyahu continued:
“He has since repeatedly and forcefully supported Israel’s right to defend itself against genocidal terrorists and regimes who seek to annihilate the one and only Jewish state.”
Netanyahu concluded his message by thanking Elon Musk for his advocacy on behalf of the Israeli people.

The post came in response to a sarcastic comment by Musk, who mocked leftists supporting the Hamas terrorist group while accusing him of being a Nazi.

The allegations against Elon Musk emerged shortly after the start of President Trump’s new administration. Some suggest this is an effort to retaliate against Musk, now leading the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
