Joe Biden’s Supreme Court Justice pick, Ketanji Brown Jackson, has quickly distinguished herself as arguably America’s dumbest justice after just three years on the bench. On Wednesday, she again lived up to that reputation in a case dealing with ‘gender-affirming’ care for children.
As CBS reports, The Supreme Court is addressing a case concerning the constitutionality of a Tennessee law that bars puberty blockers and hormone therapy for so-called ‘transgender’ youths. Back in March 2023, Tennessee’s Republican-led legislature instituted its ban on these dangerous medical procedures, which have been used to treat ‘gender dysphoria’ for decades.
Advocates for child mutilation, including the Biden regime, are nonsensically whining that if the Supreme Court does the right thing and upholds the Volunteer State’s commonsense law, it would open the door to state lawmakers outlawing the same treatments for adults.
24 states currently have laws similar to Tennessee’s dealing with ‘gender-affirming’ care for children. There is no meaningful push to bar adults from mutilating themselves at the moment.
This dispute is the first case in which the Supreme Court justices whether efforts by state efforts to stop child mutilation are constitutional. President-elect Donald Trump has consistently promised to protect children from these sinister experiments and bar biological men from competing in female sports.
Jackson, though, decided to confront Tennessee Solicitor General Matt Rice, who was defending his state’s law with an insane argument. She brought up a long-ago case that dealt with the state of Virginia banning interracial marriage and somehow drew a parallel to gender reassignment surgery for children.
Yes, she compared immutable characteristics (race) and actual constitutional rights to mutilating innocent children. What an ignorant and demented person.
“The question was whether this was discriminatory because it applied to both races,” Jackson said. “But as I read the statute here, I mean the case here, it states that Virginia is one of the states that punishes marriages on the basis of race.”
“When you look at the structure of that law…You can’t do something that is inconsistent with your own characteristics; it looks like the same thing,” she added. “So, it’s now interesting that we have this different argument, and I wonder if Virginia could have gotten away with what they did here by making a classification argument the way Tennessee is in this case.”

A federal judge in Arkansas last year ruled for the Biden regime and its allies and struck down the Tennessee law. The judge claimed the law ‘discriminates based on sex and targets transgender people’ and that the ‘benefits’ of the health care outlawed by the law are ‘well-established.’
But the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit quickly reversed the lower court’s decision and allowed the law to go into effect, leading to the Supreme Court taking up the case.
The Supreme Court is expected to render a final decision on the case in June 2025.
