FBI agents were seen in late January at the Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center, a new facility that state officials opened in 2023 that was designed to streamline their election processes.
The FBI confirmed they were on-site at the Fulton County Georgia Department of Elections.
The FBI executed a search warrant on Fulton County’s Election Hub and Operation Center seeking physical paper ballots, ballot images from the November 3rd, 2020, original count (and subsequent counts), all tabulator tapes from the 2020 election, and voter rolls used for the 2020 election.
Approximately 656 boxes were taken by the FBI to an undisclosed location. As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this week, the Director of Registrations and Elections, Nadine Williams, had previously submitted a sworn affidavit stating that there were “over 700 boxes” of election records.
The affidavit for the warrant was filed under seal until today when a federal court in Georgia unsealed the records.
According to the probable cause section, “The FBI criminal investigation originated from a referral sent by Kurt Olsen, Presidentially-appointed Director of Election Security and Integrity.”
On Tuesday night, investigative journalist Paul Sperry wrote on X that Garland Favorito from VoterGA, an elections watchdog group in Georgia notified him that there are 17,852 certified votes for which they have no digital ballot images and likely no ballots.” In 2020, Biden’s margin over Trump in Georgia was a narrow 11,779 votes.

In 2023, Joe Hoft reportedJ at The Gateway Pundit that a complaint for Fulton County was filed that specifically called out 3125 duplicate ballot counts and 17,852 votes counted that do not have a corresponding ballot image.
For the record, Joe Biden allegedly won Georgia, a conservative southern state, by 11,852 votes. But 17,852 were missing images! Whoever certified the 2020 election have some explaining to do.
