New developments are emerging in the ongoing investigation into the mother of NBC anchor Savannah Guthrie, including a possible huge lead.
The New York Post reported on Saturday that Law enforcement officials have obtained surveillance footage from a Circle K store that has captured a possible “vehicle of interest” in the mystifying case.
NBC News reports that the car may have been at or near the convenience store in Tucson.
Making things more interesting, the Circle K location is only seven miles from Nancy Guthrie’s Catalina Foothills home.
Moreover, a Circle K spokesperson confirmed that law enforcement visited the location and handed over the tape.
“Our team has provided them access to the store’s surveillance video,” the spokesperson said.
A neighbor also tipped off the FBI to check Nancy Guthrie’s roof, believing it could lead to potential suspects.
“You see in that image, you see how white her roof is,” the neighbor, Laura Gargano, told CNN. “The previous three weeks we had a lot of rain, so it would be normal for a roof to be a little dirty after it rains.”
Late Friday night, investigators seized a camera from the roof of Nancy’s home – hours after another supposed “ransom letter” was sent.
More from the Daily Mail:
Forensic FBI teams were seen scouring the roof of Nancy’s home in Tucson, Arizona, reportedly finding a camera mounted to the property that had been missed in previous searches.
A dark SUV was also towed from the garage of the home, with Friday’s searches marking the third time investigators returned to the crime scene since Nancy was reported missing on Sunday.
Over a dozen vehicles descended on the home throughout the day, including forensics teams, FBI agents, and sheriff’s deputies.
President Trump on Friday night told reporters aboard Air Force One that there are ‘very strong’ clues and believes America will have some answers soon on what happened to Nancy Guthrie.

The Gateway Pundit’s Cassandra MacDonald previously reported that Nancy Guthrie went missing on Sunday, and law enforcement described the scene they encountered at her Arizona home as “very concerning.”
Homicide detectives were sent in, which is not standard practice in a missing person case, and Nanos said that the house is a crime scene.
Nancy Guthrie was last seen on Saturday night at around 9:30 p.m., near her home in the Catalina Foothills.
She was reported missing by a relative on Sunday, around noon.
