Minnesota Governor Tim Walz must resign from his position, given the widespread damage he has inflicted upon his state and the ability of law enforcement to safely carry out their jobs.
Tim Walz has a national reputation for incompetence. He has presided over one of the most corrupt states in the nation.
He has overseen, without exaggeration, the greatest money-laundering operation which has come to light in modern American history – a fraud that has resulted in the funneling of billions of dollars of taxpayer money to stand up Somali-run shell companies.
In part to serve as a distraction for the rampant corruption found across Minnesota, Walz has pivoted to creating extraordinarily hazardous conditions that have led to the unnecessary deaths of two citizens who unlawfully obstructed ICE and Border Patrol agents from carrying out their responsibilities.
Walz stoked these dangerous conditions by turning Minnesota into a so-called sanctuary jurisdiction (a legal designation that is unconstitutional on its face), allowing hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants to infiltrate the North Star State, and particularly urban areas like Minneapolis and St. Paul, with impunity.
Once there, he imposed additional, makeshift burdens on ICE and CBP, further complicating a deportation campaign that is already rife with difficulties given the scale of the mandate coupled with the intense, continuing opposition by Democrats and their media allies.
Walz has compromised the lives of law enforcement agents by not cooperating with ICE and CBP, unlike what routinely takes place in red states such as Texas and Florida.
Red states deputize local law enforcement to clear the areas of traffic, congestion, and violent protestors, allowing ICE to do their duties and then move on quickly.
Rather than follow this effective model, Walz has instead gone out of his way to make the lives of federal law enforcement more difficult: he has permeated local police with progressive activists, making grounds for cooperation between federal and state officials almost impossible.
Instead of assisting federal law enforcement, Walz has withheld critical reinforcements that would have likely prevented the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti.
Now, ICE and Border Patrol agents are forced to enter these deep blue areas, which are already swarming with illegal aliens and violent protectors who are given the top cover of their political leadership, without the additional backup measures essential to carry out an efficient operation.
Beyond that, Walz’ incendiary rhetoric has the intent of inciting these agitators, many of whom are being funded by radical Left-wing organizations backed by George Soros and other prominent leftist NGOs.
Pretti, as a case in point, arrived at the scene of the crime threatening to “massacre” federal law enforcement agents. This is not the rhetoric of a peaceful, law-abiding protestor.
These are the words of a trained agitator looking to incite violence and cause havoc.
Though Walz has made clear that he is a member of the far left, he has a bare minimum civic duty as governor of the state of Minnesota to discern between cases of constitutionally protected protest, and violent agitators, which do not receive the protective cover of the First Amendment.
Both Good and Pretti fall squarely in the latter camp. They did not arrive at the scene to voice a fundamental right. They wanted violence.
Good and Pretti were there as political operators, systematically carrying out the marching orders of their Democratic superiors. People like Walz and their equally useless mayor, Jacob Frey, have socially engineered the conditions in Minnesota aimed at sowing maximum division and civil disorder. These are not good faith actors.
They are not even pretending to be acting in the public interest. When asked by a reporter if Walz would at least meet the Trump administration in the middle, rather than take the compromise, he doubled down on his vile, incendiary rhetoric.
He accused Trump, ICE, and DHS of engendering chaos in Minnesota, and took zero responsibility for the deaths for which he alone is at fault.
The reason Minnesota has been ground zero for radical political movements in recent years, from the riots that accompanied George Floyd’s death six years ago to the anti-ICE protests observed today, is because of unhinged zealots like Walz, who are leading the state of Minnesota into a dark place of national ruination and embarrassment.
Lest we forget, the cleanup by ICE agents is in response to a crisis devised by Democratic politicians who saw fit to open up America’s borders for four straight years under Biden, unleashing tens of millions of illegals all across the country, in the hopes of solidifying one-party Democrat rule and locking Trump out of power indefinitely.
Because that effort failed and Trump returned to power, they have now returned once again to their playbook from 2020: riling up mentally unstable agitators who belong in a mental institution to create a fake narrative which posits that a majority of Americans oppose what is presently going on with federal deportation measures. That is not true.
Nearly 80 million Americans re-elected President Trump on a domestic policy agenda that expressly called for the greatest deportation effort in our nation’s history. The campaign is extremely popular.
What is going on in Minnesota right now, and across the country with deportation measures writ large, is exactly what the American people want.
Mass deportations and border security are policies supported by overwhelming majorities of the voting public. No amount of gaslighting will change it.
Simply because Tim Walz, a radical, incompetent, buffoon, subscribes to the outdated, globalist doctrine of open borders, does not mean the rest of America must play along with his ridiculous charade. Tim Walz abdicated his duties to Minnesota and his constitutional oath.
Each day he remains in office is another day that he puts more lives at risk, including protestors and federal law enforcement agents alike.
He must step down for planting the seeds of chaos to serve as a convenient distraction for the rampant criminal fraud that has spread like a cancer across the state of Minnesota, also his creation.
Minnesotans deserve better; Americans deserve better. Tim Walz must go.
