Kilmar Abrego Garcia and attorneys confronted by Ben Bergquam outside of the Baltimore ICE Field Office
Real America’s Voice correspondent Ben Bergquam spotted the left’s favorite MS-13 gang member, Kilmar Abrego Garcia of El Salvador, in Baltimore, Maryland, on Friday and confronted him on his cartel ties as a Maryland judge weighs his fate in America.
Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien criminal with MS-13 ties, was previously deported last year to his home country of El Salvador while residing in Maryland. However, the Trump Administration was ordered by leftist judges to bring him back to the United States.
He is now fighting to remain in the United States.
Democrats and the mainstream media have glorified Abrego Garcia as a “Maryland man,” who was “kidnapped” by the Trump Administration and El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Obama appointed Judge Paula Xinis last month ordered the “immediate release” of Garcia, arguing that he had been detained without lawful authority.
Now, his fate is expected to be decided by Xinis next month.

In a brief 20-minute hearing with Garcia’s lawyers and DOJ attorneys, Judge Paula Xinis said she wants to hear arguments on whether Garcia’s 2019 order of removal became final in January of last year.
That could change the calculus of whether to allow the government to re-detain him.
Xinis said after she hears arguments on that narrow issue, she will issue a decision by February 12, barring unforeseen circumstances.
Xinis reiterated that her current order blocking the government from re-detaining Garcia for deportation remains in place.
Bergquam found Garcia walking out of the ICE Field Office with his attorneys in Baltimore on Friday and confronted him with questions.
Bergquam wrote on X:

Garcia should never have been allowed back in our country. The sooner we deport him for good the better!
Bergquam asked Garcia whether he is also a member of the South American drug cartel 18th Street Gang, also known as Barrio 18, in addition to being MS-13. He further asked who gave him the “Maryland man” moniker, how many crimes he had committed, and which country he expects to be deported to.
