Zohran Mamdani Flexed Over ‘Briefing’ on Maduro-Then Admits He Doesn’t Actually Have Federal Security Clearance

Following the capture of the illegitimate narcoterrorist Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro and his Cilia Flores, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani decided to weigh in, despite signaling he would not prioritize or concern himself with foreign countries during the mayoral debate.

As TGP’s Jordan Conradson reported, the couple has been indicted in the Southern District of New York.

Following the news, Mamdoni flexed that he had been “briefed” about the situation, implying a level of federal interaction that doesn’t actually exist.

Mamdoni initially wrote on X, “I was briefed this morning on the U.S. military capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, as well as their planned imprisonment in federal custody here in New York City.”

“Unilaterally attacking a sovereign nation is an act of war and a violation of federal and international law.”

“This blatant pursuit of regime change doesn’t just affect those abroad, it directly impacts New Yorkers, including tens of thousands of Venezuelans who call this city home. My focus is their safety and the safety of every New Yorker, and my administration will continue to monitor the situation and issue relevant guidance.”

Briefed by who exactly?  “Briefed” implies official read-in.

But, as a reporter forced him to admit, it wasn’t official.

Mamdoni doesn’t actually have the federal security clearance needed for an official briefing.

The reporter noted, “You don’t have federal security yet and has anyone from a federal agency reached out to you or members of your team to begin the vetting to get federal security clearance?”

“That briefing, yes, was conducted by my team,” Mamdoni admitted.

“And the question of federal security clearance is one that’s ongoing,” he continued.

The reporter pressed, “Do you have it right now?”

“No. Not as yet,” Mamdoni confirmed.

I said it before: Mayor Zohran Mamdani does not have federal security clearance. When asked directly by a reporter, he initially danced around the question—then ultimately answered “NO,” confirming he does not have clearance.
