Local press in Colorado continues to push liberal propaganda about Tina Peters and the injustice she has endured in Colorado by Colorado state and federal law enforcement, justice departments, and courts.
After years of abuse and persecution in the corrupt media and in the courts, Tina Peters was pardoned last night.

Earlier this week, Peter Ticktin, Tina’s attorney and high school classmate of President Trump, sent a letter to President Trump asking for a pardon.
Ticktin shared his request for a pardon for Tina Peters that he sent to President Trump. The reason for the pardon is that Tina is a witness to the most serious crime perpetrated against the US in history.
After the 2020 Election, when Peters discovered that the election results in her county had changed after a system update was performed, which was mandated by the Colorado Secretary of State, she notified the authorities and the public of her findings. Tina Peters saved copies of her election results before the update in accordance with state and federal law, and for doing so, she was imprisoned for nine years. She was imprisoned for doing her job.
We reported this week that the Democrats running the state of Colorado want Tina Peters to stay in prison for eight more years. The governor will not allow Tina to be moved to federal captivity.
Tina’s attorney, Peter Ticktin, drafted a letter to President Trump, requesting a pardon for Tina Peters. Here is the intro to Peter Ticktin’s request:
The rationale for the pardon is that the voting machine company used in multiple states across the country was behind the destruction of data that Tina uncovered. She was doing her job and they punished her for doing so.

President Trump answered Tina’s prayers and Ticktin’s letter on Thursday night.
However, the reports from the local press were terrible. They are written as if Nazi helper George Soros wrote them himself. This is a sample from 9News:
Democratic Gov. Jared Polis resisted calls to pardon Peters’ felony convictions, and he was urged not to release Peters to federal custody by a bipartisan coalition of county election clerks.
Polis said in a statement Thursday, “No President has jurisdiction over state law nor the power to pardon a person for state convictions. This is a matter for the courts to decide, and we will abide by court orders.”
In an interview with Next with Kyle Clark on Thursday, Democratic Attorney General Phil Weiser called Trump’s attempt to pardon Peters an “act of intimidation.” Weiser helped prosecute Peters’ case and is running to be Colorado’s next governor.
“This president doesn’t respect the rule of law, but he doesn’t have authority to undermine how we operate our judicial system here in Colorado,” Weiser said.
Republican Mesa County District Attorney Dan Rubinstein, who led the prosecution in Peters’ case, told 9NEWS on Thursday he does not believe the president has the authority to pardon Peters.
“Ultimately, it will be up to the Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Corrections to determine whether or not to give any effect to that order, and inevitably it will end up in the courts,” Rubinstein said.
The Department of Corrections released the following statement:
“The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) is aware of the recent social media post by the President. Ms. Peters is currently serving a sentence imposed by the District Court of Mesa County for violations of Colorado state law. We have no further information.”
Tina Peters was indicted for doing her job. She is an American heroe. Shame on the fools in the media who follow orders and push lies about Tina Peters.
We must hope and pray that this never happens again in America and that Tina Peters is free for good soon.
