Matt Gaetz and TGP’s Jim Hoft discuss the J6 pipe bomber case on OAN.
As reported earlier, the alleged January 6 Pipe Bomber Brian Cole who was finally identified five years after the fact, was arrested last Thursday.
Cole was charged with use of an explosive device and attempted malicious destruction by means of explosive materials.
Cole reportedly admitted to investigators that he planted pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC headquarters on January 5, the night before the Capitol riot.
His family says Brian lives in the basement, is autistic, and had nothing to do with the crimes.
Earlier this week, The New York Post, reported that Brian Cole had a secret online obsession with My Little Pony.
was a highly active My Little Pony fan.
Brian Cole Jr. was allegedly obsessed with the pony toys — marketed at young girls.
Cole created art of plastic pony dolls, wrote remixes of songs about the little pony toys, and wrote fan fiction dedicated to them.

On Wednesday night The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft joined Matt Gaetz on One America News to discuss this latest development. Hoft also shared reports on the crooked DOJ prosecutor assigned to the case.
Matt Gaetz: This guy? Some socially withdrawn 30-year-old suburbanite who worked for a bail bondsman? That’s who evaded the FBI during the entire Biden administration? This isn’t about a politics, it’s about priorities. While everyday Americans saw bank accounts frozen, homes raided, and livelihoods destroyed, there were sentences that were… I mean, they would make cartel leaders blush. But the pipe bomber case was just gathering dust. The people who trusted the system least turned out to be the ones who understood it best. Joining us now, founder and editor for The Gateway Pundit, Jim Hoft. Jim, this pipe bomber case has been just wild. What are your big takeaways with this recent arrest?
Jim Hoft: Well, the recent developments, Matt, is that this gentleman, Brian Cole, was interested in the My Pony movement. I don’t know if you saw that. He particularly liked the pink and purple ponies. And he was posting things up on these chat groups for My Little Pony. So that’s bizarre. That came out yesterday. The New York Post had someone follow his email address and found that information. And he also has admitted to planting the bombs.
Now, this evening, Representative Burchett just went on with Benny Johnson. And he was saying that this guy was groomed just like the other killers we’ve seen recently – Brooks and Robinson out who killed Charlie Kirk. So that’s a pretty bold statement from Burchett. But we still don’t know a lot about this guy. The family says that he’s autistic and stayed in the basement and didn’t have a much of a social life. So it does fit this pattern we’ve seen recently. But I think a lot of people have a lot of questions about this.
Matt Gaetz: So what is the Pony Movement and what are its goals?
Jim Hoft: So My Little Pony is this little kids program that used to be on. I don’t know if it’s still on. I assume it is. It’s a little cartoon, and it’s for little girls. And it’s basically, I think I could say it’s for little girls. And it’s these pretty little ponies that are cartoons, and they’re prancing around, and they have a different episode each week. So this guy was into this movement… There’s a whole movement of older men who are into this My Little Pony movement. So it’s very strange, but that’s what the New York Post came out with yesterday.
