Russians prepare for the assault on the Slaviansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration, the last fortified bastions in Donetsk.
While the Peace Negotiations seem to run in circles, the war is intensifying on the frontlines, with Russian advances growing ever faster.
Today (11), news arises that Russian General Staff head, General Valery Gerasimov, reported to President Vladimir Putin that the key Donetsk region stronghold of Seversk has been conquered (or liberated, as Russians would put it).

Cossacks Liberate Seversk

The collapse of one of the most powerful strongholds of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Donbass is a hard blow for Kiev regime leader Volodymyr Zelensky.
The attackers broke through the enemy’s defense first in the center of Seversk, then moved across the Bachmutka River to dislodge and occupy a number of Ukrainian Armed Forces fortifications in the western part of the city.
Heavy artillery of the Yug (South) group targeted air defense systems, ammunition depots, and electronic warfare stations.
Dmitri Peskov, Kremlin spokesman: “The city of Seversk is a key point to establish full control over the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics’ shared border.”
Seversk was such a weird front. Russian troops there have had like an 80% debuff to all combat stats, I don’t even get it. Three years of no progress and now the city falls in a month.

Now, all attention in this section of the front will turn to the Slaviansk-Kramatorsk fortified agglomeration.
In recent days, the number of people leaving the two cities has significantly increased, according to local media, since the shelling and drone attacks have become real issues.
Ukraine supporters will try to downplay this loss, but here are the facts:
