An illegal alien has been charged with stabbing a male victim on the Charlotte, North Carolina, light rail on Friday evening.
Oscar Solarzano, 33, was charged with five counts, including attempted first-degree murder, after he stabbed a male victim on the Blue Line near North Brevard Street and East 22nd Street.
The unidentified stabbing victim was seriously injured but is in stable condition.
Solarzano is a previously deported illegal alien.
“Court records indicate Solarzano was intoxicated in the light rail train and challenged the victim to a fight, and was shouting at others prior to the stabbing. His address was listed as an address matching the Roof Above shelter. Court documents noted that no bond was set for him, saying he is in the country illegally and “has been deported previously,”” WCNC reported.

A suspect has been charged in the Friday stabbing on a light rail train in Charlotte, North Carolina, according to police.
Oscar Solarzano, 33, has been charged with five counts including attempted first degree murder, assault with deadly weapon serious injury and carrying concealed weapon, according to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department.
The male victim was found with a stab wound just before 5 p.m. near North Brevard Street and East 22nd Street, where the train appeared to have stopped between stations, Charlotte ABC affiliate WSOC reported.
The victim was transported to Novant Health Presbyterian with serious injuries but is in stable condition, according to the Mecklenburg EMS Agency.
President Trump responded to the latest stabbing by an illegal alien in Charlotte.
“Another stabbing by an Illegal Migrant in Charlotte, North Carolina. What’s going on in Charlotte? Democrats are destroying it, like everything else, piece by piece!!! President DJT,” Trump said.
In August, Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska was fatally stabbed by career criminal Decarlos Brown on the Charlotte light rail.
