Far-left Democrat Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) announced on Thursday which prevents sitting presidents from seeking taxpayer-funded payouts.

Schiff called his bill the No Torts for Trump Act. Pencil-neck’s bill will amend the Federal Torts Claim Act.

News broke in late October that President Trump was seeking $230 million payout for compensation for the federal investigations into him, according to people familiar with the matter.
