HORROR: Well-Known Hair Stylist Stabbed to Death in Parking Garage in ‘Random Attack’ – Suspect Gives Chilling Statement to Police

A locally well-known hair stylist was stabbed to death in a parking garage of an apartment complex in Broward County, Florida, last week.

A second victim, the hairstylist’s unidentified male friend, was also stabbed in the neck but miraculously survived.

According to reports, 27-year-old Hailey Hosford, a glamorous hairstylist and entrepreneur, pulled her Mercedes into the parking garage of a luxury apartment complex in Sunrise at 1:40 am last Wednesday when a black male wielding a steak knife approached her vehicle.

A terrified Hosford tried to hide in the back seat of her Mercedes, but the suspect opened the door and stabbed her to death.

The stabbing suspect, identified as 21-year-old Jackson Julian Sagesse, was caught on surveillance video repeatedly stabbing Hosford.

Hosford’s friend managed to flee after getting stabbed and dialed 911.

Sagesse was arrested and charged with premeditated murder and attempted felony murder.

On Tuesday, new details about the fatal stabbing were revealed in court documents.

According to NBC 6 South Florida, Sagesse callously told police, “I just killed someone and walked away.”

After initially claiming the stabbing was an act of self-defense, Sagesee eventually admitted to police he stabbed Hosford 10 times and purposely went for her throat.

Sunrise police said this was a random attack.

NBC6 South Florida reported:

A man has been arrested in connection with a double stabbing in Sunrise that left one person dead and another hospitalized.

Jackson Julian Sagesse, 21, was arrested Wednesday on one count of premeditated murder and one count of attempted felony murder, Broward jail records showed.

The stabbing happened at around 1:40 a.m. Wednesday at 3000 Northwest 130th Avenue, near The Retreat Sawgrass Village across the street from Amerant Bank Arena, according to the Sunrise Police Department.

Video of the scene appeared to show police presence inside a parking garage at the complex, and a witness who lives at the complex said he spotted someone dead on the ground in the parking garage before police arrived.
