Texas DPS air support assist Border Patrol pursuing illegal aliens. Footage from 5/20/25
The effects of four years of open borders under the Biden regime will be evident for years. Although President Trump has kept his promise to seal the border, law enforcement has their hands full with illegals inside the US.
Texas DPS Air Support assisted the Border Patrol earlier this week to help catch a smuggler carrying illegal aliens inside a vehicle.
While air support tracked the vehicle in El Paso County, the driver attempted to evade the Border Patrol and drove into the desert and was unable to continue after the vehicle got stuck. The driver, along with four illegal aliens, ran away from the vehicle to avoid being captured. Thanks to teamwork, the entire group was caught, with DPS and Border Patrol working together to make Texas safer.

Texas DPS often come into contact with human smugglers carrying illegal aliens. TGP reported earlier this week about DPS troopers pursuing a reckless driver at high-speed carrying an illegal alien. The smuggler was driving on the opposite side of the road and running red lights. The chase stopped after DPS used the PIT maneuver and troopers arrested the driver.

Texas has led the way in pursuing illegal aliens and securing their State even during the hostile Biden regime’s efforts to stop them. Operation Lone Star was launched in 2021 by Republican Governor Greg Abbott in an effort to stop deadly drugs like fentanyl from entering the US. In addition, the operation included efforts to deter illegal immigration with the support of Texas DPS and the Texas National Guard.
Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution clearly states the US Government’s responsibility to protect the nation from an invasion.
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution.
Rule of law is back.
