Germany has promised €300 million to the terrorist regime in Syria after ten days of horrific bloodshed against Alawites and Christians by the Islamist HTS regime. While mainstream media continues to ignore the ghastly massacre, first reports are beginning to emerge from Latakia province, where 5,000 to 7,000 are dead and 15,000 missing.
Syrian “President” Ahmed al-Sharaa aka Abu Mohammed al-Jolani was involved in terror against Shiites and Americans in Iraq as part of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi’s Al-Qaida in Iraq 2003, was arrested by the US military in 2006 and held in Abu Ghraib and other US military prisons until 2011.
He then traveled to Syria and established Al-Qaida’s al-Nusra Front, which was then taken over by the Islamic State, founded by his fellow Abu Ghraib inmate Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. The al-Nusra Front was then financed by the Obama government as part of the $1 billion Operation Timber Sycamore, as DNI Tulsi Gabbard pointed out.
In 2013, the U.S. State Department designated al-Jolani as a “Specially Designated Global Terrorist” due to his leadership of Jabhat al-Nusra and its ties to Al-Qaida. The Biden administration removed a $10 million reward on his head after US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Barbara Leaf met with him and other Hayat Tahrir al Sham (HTS) leaders in Damascus on December 20.
Ahead of today’s donor conference in Brussels, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock pledged another €300 million ($326 million) for Syria through the United Nations and select organizations. The EU has already pledged €387 million ($410 million) for Syria since the terrorist takeover Dec. 8, with another €50 million from Germany, €60 million from Switzerland, £61 million from the UK and $100 million from Canada for the terrorist regime.
Meanwhile, more reports are emerging from the Alawite genocide in Syria that began on March 6 after pro-Assad Alawites attacked regime forces in the Latakia province. Since then, 6,000 – 8,000 Alawites have been killed and 15,000 more are missing, according to an RT report (viewer discretion advised!):
Mother Superior Agnes Mariam de la Croix of the monastery of St. James the Mutilated in the Syrian town of Qara traveled to Latakia to help the victims and recounted how Alawites and Christians were beheaded and entire families killed. Mother Agnes told RT she had seen at least 50 corpses in sacks.
“They call them many insults, ‘You are pigs, you are dogs, you don’t deserve to live.’ They are told to walk on all fours and bark like dogs, then they kill them. First they beat them with their rifles, then they shoot them. Others they slaughter with a knife or a sword, and cut the head. Or they torture them. On our way we heard the government forces asking the people in the cars, are you Sunni or are you Alawites? … A lot of them are slaughtered.”
Mother Agnes called the Syrian “radical religious regime much worse than the Taliban.”
“People are being killed every day. Yesterday in the morning, the father of an Orthodox priest in Baniyas was walking in the street, and one of those criminals just shot him. Nobody told him anything. The priest had to take his father immediately to the grave. We need international protection.”
Approx. 10.000 Syrians have sought refuge at Russia’s Khmeimim air base, RT reported. “The rest of the inhabitants of the village of Khmeimim were completely destroyed,” a survivor told RT. “All the shops were burned and looted. There was nothing left. There was a complete massacre, no one survived. They want to completely destroy the Alawites. All male children are subject to total annihilation. They killed everyone, young, children, and the elderly.”
Sheik Ahmad Assawi of the Alawite Islamic Council in Lebanon told RT’s Steve Sweeney in Tripoli, Lebanon: “We are talking about 5 or 6 thousand victims, and this is only what we have been able to record. About 15,000 missing people we know nothing about. Were they killed? Are they in prison? Are they alive? No one knows. This massacre has forced the Alawites to seek asylum in Lebanon because their villages and towns have become places of brutal massacres. The dead lie in the streets and the shops are plundered.”
Reporting from Syria for RT, photojournalist Mohamed Salah spoke of “coordinated attacks” in Latakia that “resulted in mass executions.”
“Survivors tell of masked men storming their villages, dragging families from their homes, and carrying out public executions. Those who resisted were burned inside their homes, leaving behind entire neighborhoods reduced to smoldering ruins,” Salah reports.
Testimonies from survivors suggest that many of the perpetrators were foreign fighters, Salah said, brought in from regions far from the Middle East. “They didn’t even speak our language,” an elderly survivor told RT. “They had no idea who we were, no reason to hate us – except that they were told to.”
“Entire villages have been abandoned, their populations either massacred or displaced,” Salah writes, noting that satellite imagery confirms what survivors describe: “rows of torched homes, mass graves hastily covered, and ghost towns where life once thrived.”
HTS fighters stormed residential areas in the coastal city of Tartus, “conducting door-to-door massacres,” Salah reports. “Families were accused of supporting the government or practicing the ‘wrong’ faith before being lined up and shot. Those who were not executed on the spot were locked inside buildings which were then torched.”
“There were so many bodies that people stopped counting. They weren’t buried properly – just dumped into ditches,” a witness said.
A humanitarian worker told Salah he recalled speaking with a man who had barely escaped: “He told me he heard Chechen, Uzbek, and North African Arabic among the attackers. These weren’t local militants – these were imported killers, trained elsewhere and sent here to finish us off.”
The violence in the town of Jableh was “particularly gruesome,” Salah reports. “Hundreds of men were rounded up, executed, and dumped into mass graves. Women and children were kidnapped, their fates unknown. Witnesses reported hearing gunfire for hours as the slaughter continued unchecked.”
“They lined up all the men and took them away,” a survivor told Salah. “Later, we found their bodies piled on top of one another, shot execution-style.”
A female witness described her captors: “They were foreigners. Some were Arab, others were not. They had dead eyes, no emotion. To them, we weren’t people – we were just bodies to be destroyed.”
The involvement of foreign jihadists “suggests a well-coordinated, externally supported operation,” Salah believes, “designed to systematically erase communities. Intelligence sources indicate that these fighters were funneled into Syria through neighboring countries, trained in camps before being deployed to slaughter civilians.”
“This isn’t war. It’s genocide. Yet, the world’s media avoids using that word because it doesn’t fit their political narrative,” a Syrian human rights activist said.
The massacre is still ongoing, according to Gellerreport.com, quoting “a notable figure in Syria whose name we must redact in order to keep them alive:”
“The killing, genocide, and ethnic cleansing have not stopped. Al-Qaeda terrorists, led and approved by al-Julani, are setting up ambushes on the roads, kidnapping Alawite youths, and dumping their bodies after killing them. Every day, we witness individual killings of up to 15 Alawite youths. Save us from these damned monsters.”
“The danger posed by this terrorist organization gaining control in Syria is not only a threat to Syria but to the region and the world, especially Europe,” the anonymous source writes.
