A report from election integrity investigators in Michigan reveals major anomalies in Muskegon County’s November 5, 2024, election, with evidence pointing to tainted absentee ballot counts, missing election documentation, and suspicious overnight vote flips that tipped multiple races in favor of Democrats.

COUNTY’S LATE-NIGHT VOTE FLIPS RAISE RED FLAGS
According to reports submitted to Michigan State Representative Rachelle Smit, who serves as the House Elections Chair and also as the Speaker Pro Tempore, and other local officials, the Muskegon County election saw a dramatic reversal in key races during the early morning hours after Election Day. Republican candidates were leading in county-wide races until around 1:30 AM, when large absentee ballot dumps then, and again at 4:00 AM flipped the results in favor of Democrats.
MUSKEGON: HUMAN BEINGS VOTE 2:1 REPUBLICAN; ENVELOPES VOTE 2:1 DEMOCRAT
Among the affected races:
County Clerk
Treasurer
Register of Deeds
Water Resources Commissioner
District 4 County Commissioner
A detailed analysis shows that absentee votes broke in the opposite direction of all three forms of in-person voting—an anomaly that experts say defies statistical norms and is highly suggestive of cheating.
Due to the reporting by the Gateway Pundit, we now know that there was a massive voter registration fraud underway, led by GBI Strategies, in the 2020 election.
When there’s virtually no way to check and verify the legality of a specific ballot once it is cast, how can one be assured that America’s elections are safe.
Democrat politicians have regularly and routinely said that America’s elections are safe and secure, even though in the past election cycle a Chinese citizen was allowed to vote, and whose ballot was only accidentally caught by a clerk who self-reported the violation of state law.
PRECINCTS “UNRECOUNTABLE” DUE TO SEVERE ERRORS, QUIRKS IN STATE LAW
A recount of absentee ballots, initiated by Republican Zach Lahring, uncovered that six precincts in Muskegon County were completely uncountable due to missing or incorrect documentation. Among the findings:
The City of Roosevelt Park precinct had no election certificate, no inspector signatures, and no seal numbers, making it impossible to verify the ballots.
Muskegon Charter Township precincts 1, 2, 3, and 4 had major documentation failures and were deemed uncountable.
Fruitport Township saw 555 absentee ballots challenged due to irregularities.
Michigan state election law prohibits the recounting of a ballot box that is ‘unweighted’ meaning that its totals do not match the election night, original, number of ballots. The often unstated reason for this law is that in the 1950s, former Democrat Governor Mennen Williams would ‘win’ re-election campaigns by constantly ‘recounting’ ballot boxes in Detroit until he found enough votes to win. There were contested Governor recounts in 1950 and 1952. Williams was the only Democrat who won statewide in 1952. In 1950, Harry Kelly beat incumbent Democrat Mennen Williams by 5,000 votes, but endless recounts gave Williams a ‘victory’ of 1,184 ‘votes.’ Democrat voter fraud in the past led to legal reforms that is now causing Democrat voter fraud in the present.
The Michigan Republican legislature in 1954 passed stringent laws about election integrity, including making it a felony to alter or violate the seals of ballot boxes. These laws are simply unenforced by Michigan’s lawless Attorney General Dana Nessel, and by far-left Democrat District Attorneys.
Disgraced Detroit News blogger Craig Mauger wrote about the law in 2020 and quoted Democrat Detroit officials as saying the law didn’t make sense. The law “makes no sense,” Mauger quoted Jonathan Kinloch as saying, who was a Democratic member of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers.
“LATE-ARRIVING” ABSENTEES ONCE AGAIN SAVE THE DAY FOR DEMOCRATS WHO WOULD OTHERWISE LOSE AN ELECTION
The recount findings further corroborate allegations that absentee ballots were manipulated to alter election results. In every contested race, the Republican candidate won the in-person vote by significant margins, only for the race to flip after absentee ballots were counted overnight.
A report by Roosevelt Park City Councilmember Matt Johnson reveals:
The absentee ballot margin was 20 times greater than normal baseline gaps seen in school board races.
Absentee ballots reversing Republican victories all arrived between 1:30 AM and 4:00 AM, when election observers had largely left.
The number of ballots needed to flip the races conveniently matched the excess voter registrations on file, raising concerns of ballot injection.
One Michigan investigator shared his experiences in Muskegon County with the Gateway Pundit.
“I had a similar experience in 2020, when I lost a Muskegon County Commissioner race even though I won 65% of the walk-in vote, but I lost after an enormous number of mail-in ballots arrived and they announced the results the next day. I would have been the swing vote, and my race meant control of the County Commission,” said Michigan election integrity investigator Chris Kaijala. “Enough absentees to sway the outcome of the race, up to 500 ballots cast in that race, were ineligible to vote. These absentees were from people who didn’t live where they were registered or who had moved away long ago, but somebody voted their ballots in that election anyway. We found more ineligible ballots than the margin deciding the election. I have strong evidence I won that election.”
Kaijala has been a part of the Muskegon Election Integrity Force, which is a volunteer group of election integrity inspectors and analysts. Kaijala serves as the group’s “Outreach Director.”
MISSING ELECTION DOCUMENTS: WHAT ARE MUSKEGON’S OFFICIALS HIDING?
Investigators also discovered that Muskegon County election officials refused to provide precinct results despite multiple public records requests. During a Board of Canvassers meeting, the County Election Supervisor displayed the results briefly on screen before quickly removing them, claiming it was “too complicated” to share with the public.
Even more shocking, election inspectors in Roosevelt Park failed to sign off on poll books, an apparent violation of election law that could result in criminal charges. And a number of City officials refused to consider corrective actions or negligence of the city clerk.
ELECTION INTEGRITY INVESTIGATORS CALL FOR MORE HONEST AUTHORITIES TO INVESTIGATE AND PROVIDE OVERSIGHT
In response to these findings, the Muskegon County GOP and election integrity watchdogs are demanding immediate action:
Creation of an independent elections oversight committee to investigate these failures.
Forensic audit of absentee ballots in Muskegon County.
Legal consequences for election officials who failed to secure the integrity of the process.
“This is an undeniable pattern,” said one investigator. “We’re talking about repeated incidents in multiple elections where ballots appear out of nowhere in the dead of night, and suddenly the Republican wins vanish. It’s a direct attack on election integrity.”
The report has been forwarded to local law enforcement and county prosecutors for further investigation.
Intrepid Trump-endorsed Republican Rachelle Smit in the Michigan House is having hearings on past incidents of voter fraud in the Wolverine State, and promises to hear credible examples, witnesses, and evidence. The state legislature had previously half-heartedly investigated the 2020 election fraud.
Smit is scheduled to have hearings next week on March 18th documenting more examples of, and system weaknesses leading to, systemic election fraud in Michigan, including hearing from witnesses related to Muskegon County.
