Convicts in America over the last four years have had no better friend than Joe Biden as long as they do not oppose his regime.
Biden announced Friday morning to provide relief to supposed ‘nonviolent’ drug offenders who Biden claimed were suffering under “disproportionally long sentences” compared to what they would receive in today’s America.
Almost 2,500 criminals will get a pass from the departing White House occupant.
“Today’s clemency action provides relief for individuals who received lengthy sentences based on discredited distinctions between crack and powder cocaine, as well as outdated sentencing enhancements for drug crimes,” Biden said in a statement.
“This action is an important step toward righting historic wrongs, correcting sentencing disparities, and providing deserving individuals the opportunity to return to their families and communities after spending far too much time behind bars,” he added.
Today’s move by Biden SHATTERS the old clemency record he set just one month ago when he commuted the sentences of 1,500 ‘non-violent’ criminals and pardoned 39 others on December 12.
In addition to freeing ‘non-violent’ felons, Biden made arguably the most despicable moves of his presidency back in December when he not only corruptly pardoned his son Hunter but also commuted the death sentences of 37 of the 40 men on federal death row.
The violent, murderous bunch included child killers and mass murderers.
Biden, though, views this as a source of pride. He boasted about his record on clemency and suggested he was not done freeing convicts.
“I am proud of my record on clemency and will continue to review additional commutations and pardons,” he stated.
The New York Post reports that approximately 1,947 people are waiting to be pardoned upon completion of their sentence and about 6,625 cases are awaiting commutation. This means Biden still has time to set yet another record with three days left.
Even if he takes a pass, Biden will likely make other nasty moves before an actual leader arrives in the White House on Monday.
