Britain seems to have joined the rest of the European continent in a veritable push to the right side of the political spectrum.
Brexit hero, Nigel Farage has brought his populist Reform UK to a position of prominence in the Kingdom politics, and has all the momentum to be the one to end the detestable Labour rule under ‘Two Tier’ Keir Starmer, the ‘King of Freebies’.
Reform UK’s online membership tracker now puts the number at 131,712 at around 11.30am on Thursday, surpassing the last known Tory total of 131,680.
The Telegraph reported:
“Nigel Farage, the Reform UK leader – who joined a Boxing Day hunt in Kent – said: ‘This is an historic moment. The youngest political party in British politics has just overtaken the oldest political party in the world. Reform UK are now the real opposition’.”

This is devastating news for the Tories.
New leader Kemi Badenoch is battling to rebuild faith in the Conservatives after 14 years of bad governing and a historic general election defeat to Starmer.
“Reform membership has surged thanks to an influx of younger members attracted by a cheaper fee of £10 for those aged 25 and under. At the weekend, Mr. Farage announced that 1,000 young people had joined the party in less than 48 hours.”

Richard Tice, Reform’s deputy leader:
“Everybody who wrote us off, we’re just warming up. Roll forward a year, we’ll not only be bigger than the Tories in membership, we’ll be the biggest party in polling terms. […] We have got the momentum. The Tories look stale and turgid. In a sense, the crisis for them is existential. No one wants them.”
Zia Yusuf, Reform chairman:
“History has been made today, as the centuries-long stranglehold on the center-right of British politics by the Tories has finally been broken. Nigel Farage will be the next Prime Minister, and will return Britain to greatness.”
