Colorado Court Refuses Tina Peters’ Request for a Bonded Appeal

Colorado’s judicial system continues to persecute Tina Peters.

The corrupt and partisan Colorado courts have no love for Tina Peters. Here is video of the judge in Colorado sentencing Tina Peters to years in prison for being a whistleblower, in essence. This was a horrible and revealing display.

Tina Peters, former Mesa County Colorado clerk, was sentenced to 9 years in prison for exposing voter fraud in the 2020 election.

Who thinks President Trump should open a full investigation on this crooked judge and give Tina a full pardon on day one? ‍ pic.twitter.com/Gy2uLTzG1u

Tina’s crime was performing her job. She made a copy of her county’s election records from 2020 before performing a system operation mandated by the corrupt Secretary of State that would erase the data.

Election records must be maintained for two years or more depending on the state and federal laws that apply. Tina adhered to the law when she copied her election records before her systems were messed with.

For this, she is sitting in prison for 9 years.

Tina is appealing the case and hopes to receive an option to wait at home while her appeal is in progress.

The courts ruled that this 70-year-old mother who has no criminal record and who felt she was performing her job with integrity should stay in prison while she awaits her rightful appeal.

@realtinapeters motion for bonded appeal was just denied.

There is ZERO reason for this other than to punish her and maintain a narrative.

Please pray for Tina Peters.

The court denied Tina Peters the right to freedom while her appeal is decided. They are treating Tina like a violent criminal.  These partisan attacks must stop!
